The design of the sales gallery is inspired by using sense of home warmth which is the main concept of the condominium building, currently in the process of construction permit, named “Cheewit” in Pattaya”.
The sense of home warmth of Cheewit is revealing in the planning design which essentially aimed for relaxation by creating walk-through-garden path and the house entrance space. The recognition of the sea-travelling in the childhood, presents in the form of paper-folded boat. But the concept herein is the kind of memory, the facade pattern of the condominium and the sale gallery interpreted the boat idea in an unfolded paper with a folding mark reminding everyone that it once sailed on the water.
Due to promotional issue, beside the concept of the condominium, many attractive features were used in the sale gallery. The sale gallery was designed as a floating building referring to the paper boat acting as the welcome area and leading to the three mock up rooms. In order to maintain the big trees, the sale office is located pretty inside to the rare and also lifting the building up from the ground are providing the wider view as well as make it more outstanding. They were settled in the same way to the condominium that the rooms surrounded by the trees and interact with natural light.
